He delivers solutions for transaction advisory services (including fairness and solvency opinions), financial accounting compliance (ASC 325, 340, 350, 360, 805, 820, 840, 845), tax planning and compliance (IRC 1060, 482, and 338h10, property tax appeals), ad valorem appeals, insurance placement, and financing transactions.

Doug most recently served as Director of Client Relations and Shareholder at VMG Health, where he played a pivotal role in driving the firm’s revenue growth from $28 million to over $72 million during his tenure. He was instrumental in expanding service lines, integrating acquisitions, and implementing firmwide initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. Doug also led the adoption of HubSpot CRM, growing the firm’s database from 1,000 to over 40,000 contacts.

Prior to VMG Health, Doug held senior leadership roles at American Appraisal Associates, where he directed business development teams, guided strategic initiatives across international markets, and provided valuation expertise in major domestic and global transactions. His career also includes roles at DoveBid Valuation Services, BearingPoint/KPMG, RHC/Spacemaster, and PepsiCo, where he developed a reputation for building client relationships and driving revenue growth.
