He has led and executed a wide range of business valuation engagements for both public and privately held companies across a variety of industries, including oil and gas, agribusiness, manufacturing, consumer products, and technology.

Wayne has significant expertise in the valuation of intangible assets such as customer relationships, trademarks, patents, and non-compete agreements. He also has extensive experience valuing a broad range of securities, including common and preferred equity, options, warrants, and partnership interests.

Before joining ValueScope, Wayne held senior valuation roles at Grant Thornton, VRC, Armanino and BVA Group, where he specialized in business and financial asset valuation for financial reporting, tax reporting, and transaction-related purposes.
