OUR FINANCIAL REPORTING SERVICES INCLUDE:

  • Employee Stock Options (ASC 718) –Following the procedures set forth in the AICPA’s practice aid, these analyses and reports provide credible support for fair value and tax reporting requirements.
  • Purchase Price Allocations (ASC 805)/ Impairment Testing (ASC 350) – Our highly skilled and credentialed professionals have the expertise to estimate the fair values and remaining useful lives of a wide array of intangible assets for ASC 805 and  IFRS 3 purposes. We also have extensive experience in performing annual impairment analyses for goodwill and other intangible assets as required by ASC 350 and ASC 360.
  • Portfolio Valuation (ASC 820) and Tier 3 Level Assets / Investments – Level 3 investments are related to assets whose fair value cannot be determined by using observable measures, such as market prices or models. Level 3 assets are typically very illiquid, and fair values can only be calculated using estimates or risk-adjusted value ranges. ValueScope is experienced in working with auditors to help you overcome the ever-increasing financial audit hurdles.
  • Complex Financial Instruments (ASC 815) – Valuing complex financial instruments requires sophisticated valuation tools, models, and approaches. Through the use of the Black-Scholes-Merton model, binomial option pricing models or Monte Carlo analyses, we have the tools required to value these complex securities
